You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher. If you do not have Acrobat Reader or are unable to view the printable forms, please download the newest version of Acrobat Reader.
If you are prompted to Open or Save a file when you click to load a certificate, choose Open.
The certificate PDFs could take a couple minutes to load. There is an indicator at the bottom of the popup window that shows the download progress.
If the popup window stays as a blank gray background, refresh the window (press Control and R together on your keyboard). That should trigger the certificate to load.
When loading the certificate PDF, you may see the following message along the top: Data from this site is blocked to avoid potential security risks. Click Options to receive this data if you trust this document. If so click the Options button, then click Add host to Privileged Locations. You should only have to do so once.
Once the certificate has loaded, there should be a Print button at the top left of the window or in a bar that appears when you hover your mouse cursor near the bottom of the certificate. From the print dialog window, be sure to choose Document and Markups from the Comments and Forms dropdown box.
